Su contenido recoge diecis\u00e9is experiencias sobre innovaciones y buenas pr\u00e1cticas de cr\u00e9dito educativo desarrolladas en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe por distintas universidades e instituciones de cr\u00e9dito educativo. Estos proyectos fueron presentados en el XXIX Congreso Internacional sobre innovaci\u00f3n y buenas pr\u00e1cticas en cr\u00e9dito educativo y servicios para estudiantes de instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior, realizado del 18 al 20 de noviembre de 2019 en Bogot\u00e1, Colombia.
